It's in match order which doesn't follow a time schedule sometimes especially during the beginning rounds with the 8 brackets for the 32 teams. I'm pissed that US failed again against Ghana. I should have rooted for Ghana. US does good and then just drops it. Damn turnover by clark and then the coach's son had several bad passes and plays too. I'm rooting for Arg from here on I guess. Atleast until they are out.

Another key to the show has always been surprising the audience, the whole audience, and nothing BUT the audience. I don't think listeners have jumped the shark as lenny put it, but whats left for Howard to do? When he was on the main show he did the same. It was easy to tell the lines that he handed to Howard because there he'd be laughing away behind him before the delivery even. There's alot of insecurity behind that laugh and it would drive me fucking nuts. Now when Billy and Fred would impersonate that laugh it was great, but that was the only good to ever come out of it.

In alot of ways the show's never been better. it's more intelligent now than it used to be in the 80's and early 90's when it was mostly fart jokes and sex humor. That's my opinion. I still enjoy listening and listen as much of the new shows as I can and enjoy just about all of them. Others may disagree. If you don't like the new shows why bother to download them.

Now having said that, most of the answers are there or implied, and if you want to have a lengthy discussion about them, here isnt the place. The light was the hub of the electromagnetism, thus Desmond being able to "uncork" it. I think Howards ignorance and demands of a simplistic answer just arent reasonable. Its not Seinfeld, its not Stargate, or any of these shows, its built on Sci-Fi yes, but it had alot of religious influences, and the story itself was more about the Journey of Jack, and less about the island itself. Anyways, I understand those disappointed, but I felt it was a good ending to a great show!

Fred seems to like the sound of his own voice, and when he tries to make points they're either exceedingly obvious or don't make sense at all. He's almost like JD in that sense, except he has a great voice and can enunciate really well.

But he has been way off recently spending sometimes 30 minutes at a time doing a rambling impression of his father and mother. The show is only four hours long, and he's been spending sometimes an eigth of the show doing that boring dialogue. I'm sure his parents are nice people, but they are boring and no one gives a crap about their daily routine. Howards life is interesting, but his parents life is dull and I could care less.
